I did not once feel pressured to buy something I did not need. The price was very fair and I even got a coupon for labor! Definitely will be returning for routine maintenance and any repairs.

I can't recommend HMC automotive repair enough!   They saved me thousands of dollars and quite a bit of time! I will be going to them for all my automotive needs moving forward.  A little backstory:  *PLEASE NOTE IN THIS SECTION I AM DESCRIBING MY EXPERIENCE AT A DIFFERENT SHOP*  I have an 08 Chevy Silverado that wouldn't drive. I towed it to the Chevy Dealership and they charged me a $200 diagnostic to figure out what the issue was. The Dealership came back 4 days later and said that I would need a brand new transmission and that it would cost $5,000 and take up to a week to complete. After picking up my truck from the diagnostics I noticed that the headlights, turn signal, and windshield fluid dispenser were no longer working. Upset about this I told them I wouldn't have the transmission repaired if they didn't fix these new problems that at the time I suspected they had caused. After arguing with the Service Rep and Service Manager I told them I would have it towed to a different shop to have the transmission repaired.  *END OF SECTION*  HMC Automotive Repair: Wanting a second opinion I had my truck towed to HMC automotive repair through a recommendation I had received from a friend. The staff (Woody and Scott) were extremely helpful. Within one hour of my truck arriving at their facility they were able to diagnose that the issue was not with the transmission at all! Instead they were able to send me pictures and videos of the Rear Differential in pieces (I don't know how the dealership misdiagnosed this as a transmission issue). HMC ordered a new Rear Differential that came with 3 year parts and labor warranty which arrived and was installed within 2 days! They updated me every step of the way and followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Not only that, but they also identified that the previous shop had bent the connection pins on my fuse box and that's what was causing my headlights, windshield wiper fluid dispenser, and turn signals not to work. Woody was great and fixed this issue for free! (The other dealership wanted to charge me another $200 diagnostic fee to figure out the problem they caused).
